My name is Alon Shai-Kaspi and I am the owner operator of Camper Composer. I have been a support worker working with people for the last 25 years. My Employment history in the field of special needs include working for organizations such as Crosslink INC. InteLife, The Autism Association of Western Australia, and Interchange WA INC. Over the years I have gained experience working with people of many specific special needs - among them variety of learning difficulties and mental health. I have also aquired extensive knowledge and experience working with people on the Autism spectrum (Including 3 years as a coordinator at the Autism Association of WA) I am a dedicated musician – have been all my life. I am a composer performer and a piano player. I have completed a year studying at the prestigious West Australia Academy of Performing Arts. As a singer/song writer I have performed at many venues around Perth and have been nominated for WAM Song Of The Year award on 3 separate occasions. Before arriving in Australia I also owned and managed a recording studio in London UK, and gained extensive knowledge of music technology, as well as been exposed to a multitude of music styles.
